How consultations work
Same-day answers, most days
Call the customer call centre and your question is routed to the right Laboratory Diagnostic Medicine discipline — chemistry, hematology, or microbiology. A member of our medical staff responds within one business day, and the majority of calls are handled the same day.

- Interpretation of specific examination results

Naturopathic physicians
Requisitions & forms
Naturopathic testing is not covered by BC MSP and is billed to the practitioner. Please submit requests using the Naturopath Physician Specific Requisition.
